Return & Exchange Policy

All Raina’s pieces are made to order and created especially for you. To maintain the quality and integrity of each piece, we do not offer returns or refunds.

Size Alterations

If your outfit does not fit as expected, we offer size alterations. Depending on the garment’s design and construction, an outfit can be altered by one size smaller or one size larger.

To request an alteration, please contact us at support@rainas.in within 3 days of delivery.

Please note that alteration requests received after the 3-day window will not be accepted.

Shipping for Alterations

The cost of shipping the product to us for alteration will be borne by the customer. The product will need to be self-shipped to our team.

Once the alteration is complete, we will ship the altered product back to you at our expense.

We strongly recommend going through our Size Guide carefully before placing your order. If you need help choosing the right size, our team will be happy to assist you.
